Day 02 - Ubud
Visit Taman Gili, also known as the island garden, and its historic museum. Built in 1710, the grounds are the former location of the palace of the Dewa Agung dynasty.
Continue to Bali's most sacred place, Besakih Temple - Bali’s largest temple complex - which is located at the foot of Bali’s highest volcano, Mount Agung. Meet a local Hindu priest and receive a blessing.
Return towards Ubud and visit a local home where a home-hosted meal is prepared for you by a local Balinese family. Enjoy Balinese food served in a local style and feel free to ask your host about their daily activities, customs and traditions.
